Outstanding service! The guys at the Akron Ohio location are truly the best. Mike and his team made this the best auto experience that I have ever had. They kept me informed throughout the process. I had major damage to my car and when I picked it up it looked like a new vehicle. The only problem is that when I got home my cat decided to jump up on the new hood do a little dance and scratch the heck out of my new paint job. True2Form is truly a class act.

My daughter had an accident and needed repairs to her car. Since she is a college student and away from home I was a little uncomfortable in have repairs down away from our home. Rather than haul the car back home I asked my daughter to look around and find some place to inspect her car and get an estimate so I could have some idea of the extent of the damage. She had found a place she was going to go but when she arrived there she found that they had gone out of business. In her travels back from that location she spotted your Repair Center and stopped there. After looking over the vehicle my daughter called and said that there was some serious damage to her car with the suspension. Looking at it from a picture you could really tell that. She had me talk to Tony and he explained that he would not recommend her driving it until it was ... repaired. I appreciated his honest concern and took his word for it. He proceeded to get my daughter a rental car and had her on her way within a few minutes. Between my daughter (who is 20) and Tony they worked thru all of the details and the repairs were made. I had the opportunity to look the vehicle over this past weekend and seen that the repairs were done very professionally. I am very happy with the way Tony and your company treated my daughter and the honesty and concern they showed both my daughter and myself. We will definately recommed your business to other college students in the area as well as the parents of college students that are going to the University of Akron we know and are friends with. Again THANK YOU and you folks did a GREAT job. Tony you could not have been more professional. If I am in the area when you are open I will stop by and personally express my satisfaction.
