Just a note to thank you for your help in getting repairs to my Dakota Pick up. I had planned to get an estimate only as Insurance co. recommended your location. After talking to you and your positive attitude, in helping me understand what would be needed for repairs, I decided to have the work done at Gerber Collision. I also noticed how clean and organized the shop appeared. I appreciated it when you kept me informed as work progressed and answered my questions about how the work was performed. I am very satisfied with the work and plan to use your offer for detailing on my other cars.

Hello. I just wanted to touch base with you regarding my vehicle and the work done at Gerber Collision (formerly True2Form). I picked up my car yesterday, June 19, 2013. My car looks amazing. They did a fantastic job and their service was TOP-NOTCH. It's not often that you receive red-carpet treatment at a body shop?! But I did. They helped facilitate my rental both when I needed picked up and when Enterprise came back and picked up the vehicle upon my return of it. Tony Stabile (copied here) specifically helped me upon arriving at Gerber both times...he greeted me...remembered me...and helped me with all of my things when I needed to transfer my work belongings from car to car...both times! Tony was also very knowledgeable about my case...he knew that the part needed for my vehicle would arrive that day...and that I'd probably be back in ... my own car very soon. EVERYONE was very kind...very polite...and very helpful during what can sometimes be considered a stressful transaction. My car was complete earlier than expected and was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. Usually when I have had to have work done on a car...I pick it up at a body shop...it's dusty, dirty, smells like grease...not in this case. My car looks brand new! You pursued the adjuster and got the decision from him to go ahead with the repair very promptly. The car was ready a day ahead of the promised date, and the job was very well done. Our car was completed a day early and the work was done to our satisfaction. My name is Brian O'Flanagan. I brought my car to Gerber Collision on Friday May 3 after it was struck by an object on the road the prior day. The vehicle is about a year old with 15,000 miles on it. Needless to say I was concerned about restoring the car to new condition. From the very first phone call with Ben I immediately felt at ease. Ben was professional and explained each step of the process for repairs and also dealing with insurance claims. When I brought my car in, Ben and I went over the damages. He laid my fears to rest with a step by step process of what to expect. I knew then that this was the exact place I wanted my car to be. I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the job Gerber did on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. This is the second time I have had work done on this vehicle by Gerber (previously True2Form). Every person I came in contact with was very helpful and professional. Originally, I was told the car would be ready in three days. You actually finished the work in two days. I was happy to have the car finished in a timely manner. More importantly, I am very happy with the way the car looks. Hopefully, I won’t need your services for a long time, but if I do, I will not hesitate to bring it back to Gerber. Additionally, I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others.
