You were recommended by my State Farm agent. I was rear ended by a 16 yr. old. Allstate took care of the cost. Terri was fabulous in steering me in the right direction to get a rental. This should have been Allstate's job. I can't remember the gentleman's name that discussed the damage with me and the plan of action but he was very nice. The text updates were fabulous! I will definitely recommend Gerber to everyone. I hope to never need collision service again but if I do, you will be my first choice!

Jaime the adjuster was kind and courteous and followed up with me on the time frame. They were even able to complete the repair ahead of schedule. When I scheduled to pick up my car they waited on me yo arrive before leaving for the day. Thanks so much.

Gerber Collision was great they kept me updated through text. They were very detailed in the estimate they gave me and the rental car was ready for me when I got there. Ask for Michael if u have to go there he was great he explained everything to me and they even washed and cleaned the inside of my car out I would most definitely go back to them
