I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!! The thing that made trust you guys is that you listen to what wanted unlike AUTO NATION who said no you don't need a new bumper when they didn't even look under the car to check it out, not only did I need a new bumper you found out that it was more damage than originally appeared so to you guys I say AWESOME SAUCE !!!!!! My car is like a new car all over again, when I seen car my I said you have a customer for life!!! I've already recommended a friend to you thank you for taking care of her. From this day forward any accident I see I am going to say "GO TO GERBER COLLISION" they are the best ever thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!!

Our insurance company recommended we contact your Apopka location. The next day after the accident, I called and made an appointment. Upon arriving, Chris W the manager greeted me and was so calm and reassuring that the Gerber crew would take care of my husband's car. He spent time listening to how the wreck happened and thoroughly went through what he could see under the hood in the parking lot. He explained once they take the car apart they can better see if there's any further damage. After checking the car in, Kayla, the assistant, called Enterprise to pick me up to drive me over to pick up a rental. What fantastic service from Gerber! Their kindness helped calm my nerves. This was our first family car accident and even though only my husband was in the car, my nerves were on edge seeing the car afterwards. Chris and Kayla have the ... perfect attitudes to help customers. The icing on the cake was when Chris' message arrived only 9 days later saying the car was ready for pickup.
