In September 2014, I drove from Atlanta to visit my daughter in Phoenix, and then continue to California to get my son set up in college. While there, I needed to get my son's car repaired from an accident. USAA directed us to Gerber Collision in Glendale, AZ. By far, this was the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced from a business of any kind. Kent Francis was fabulous! Kent called us or sent a text daily to update us on the progress of the repair. He was honest, forthright and just a pleasure to work with! The car looked like new when we picked it up, and I know they went above and beyond what the necessary body work was by buffing out little scratches on the car. It looked better than when we bought it! My son wanted to tint his windows darker, and they even were able to work with another vendor and had that done for us as ... well. Amazing service from start to finish. My son-in-law is an F-16 pilot stationed at Luke AFB, and my daughter a 6th grade teacher at a local elementary school. I told him to tell everyone they know that if they need any service that Gerber Collision can do - to send them to Kent and his outstanding team to get it done - and get it done RIGHT!
