We were recieved in a cordial manner, given a prompt date of arrival and posted on results of progress on vehicle thru out work period and car was ready as promised. Someone hit my Volvo in a parking lot and took out a reinforced door. Geico said to bring it to this location. Couldn't be happier. Rental car waiting for me, polite and professional staff. Kept updated throughout process. Picked up car with no hassles, but a directional light was out. Brought it back, Alan took the car and tried to replaced the bulb. Long story short, they're going above and beyond to make things right. So far, I am very pleased with entire experience at this location.

Company was great. My antenna had come loose and they fixed it for free. While I was waiting, I overheard the manager offer to clean a customer's headlights for free also even though she wasn't getting her car fixed that day .

I can't say enough good things about Gerber's Collision and Glass. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front end staff to the people behind the scenes They kept us informed of the progress made on our vehicle the entire time. When done Stephen went over everything and explained all the charges to us and answered all our questions. We appreciated Stephen and the rest of the crew and all they did to help turn a stressful situation into something that was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I was amazed with their work. I got rear ended, and the day I got my car back from the shop, I got rear ended again. I believe Sean helped me and he pointed out everything the last shop did horribly. He fixed the dents and scratches on my car and also the last shop's mistakes. I'm almost glad I got rear ended a second time because it looks so much better after being at Gerber Collision.

After a road trip I couldn't open the back door of my 2006 RAV4. There is no visible inside release. Alex offered to have his staff attempt to remove the inside door cover to diagnose the problem. Fortunately they were successful and discovered a small piece of plastic that was blocking the lock release. What might have been a $500 door replacement was instead a 15-minute fix. Honesty, integrity and problem solving is hard to find these days. Alex C. is exceptional in providing that kind of customer service. It's a pleasure to give Alex and his business 5 Stars and to refer him.
