From the time I called, she had the answers to what was going on with my vehicle.She left me with not only a schedule of when it would be done, but also when the estimate had been done and the status of the parts for the vehicle.I am impressed with her professionalism, ability to answer and and all questions with respect to my vehicle including what some of the insurance would cover.The insurance agent called right after I talked to Kylene. We had a great experience with Gerber Collision. We dropped off our vehicle on Tuesday and it was ready the next day. We had worked with other collision places that gave us the run around for months. Gerber was the fourth place we called. Gerber took care of the process so fast. Truly impressed and thankful to have our vehicle done so efficiently.

The last time we had repairs done somewhere else...it took several days while they waited on parts before they started work. It took several days more to get the work done. David and the team at Gerber are outstanding. They had our vehicle completed fast. I will come here again for all of my future work.

I want to give a big shout out to the Queen Creek AZ shop for the great service, high quality repair and clear communications. Mia remembered my name and the work I had being done, she handled the paperwork before I even arrived for my service. Steve worked with my schedule , talked me through the process, was accountable, thorough and professional. Communication was stellar, not only did they stay within the estimated time, but I got a daily update of the progress of the work. My car looks perfect again and with the wash they gave it I thought I had a new car!! I will highly refer friends and family and if I have another need I will be back without hesitation!!

Although our vehicle damage was minor, we were still traumatized by the accident. Gerber was very efficient in getting the repairs done and kind and considerate of our situation. I'd highly recommend this location for collision repair.

Someone hit my Volvo in a parking lot and took out a reinforced door. Geico said to bring it to this location. Couldn't be happier. Rental car waiting for me, polite and professional staff. Kept updated throughout process. Picked up car with no hassles, but a directional light was out. Brought it back, Alan took the car and tried to replaced the bulb. Long story short, they're going above and beyond to make things right. So far, I am very pleased with entire experience at this location.
