Jennifer was awesome! So professional and friendly. She kept me updated every single day. I never needed to call myself, which I normally would have. The ability to receive a text and a voicemail was great. I am extremely satisfied with the rapid turn around. Jennifer is wonderful and so is Gerber.

Gerber Collision & Glass did an outstanding job on my vehicle! I was involved in an accident where another person rear-ended me. My insurance, USAA, recommended Gerber Collision & Glass to me, even though I already had another body shop in mind. I went ahead & took the advice, dropped my car off and what can I say but wow!!! It looks as if my car was never in an accident at all. Not to mention, they also did it in a timely manner. I was back on the road in no time. Repair looks fabulous. Myra gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle and picked me up when it was finished. The repair was completed before the estimated time given, which was wonderful. Car was washed and vacuumed, which was a nice perk. This facility did a wonderful job and the experience with their employees was fantastic!
