I had a great overall experience with Gerber. The repair was quick and easy with fantastic results. The customer service was also top notch, in particular with Sky. Sky was amazing to work with as she was very friendly, professional and communicative. If I ever need vehicle repairs again I will definitely come to this location specifically. Wow, what a great experience at this location. Annette, front desk person was always very friendly and helpful even after having to answer the same question multiple times for people on the phone. Then you have Kayla. She is the Estimator that gave me the estimate and then kept me up to date on what was happening. Both of these people are true professionals and makes the process very easy and stress free. Finally, the people in the back that that you do not see. They did an excellent job on my car. This location obviously has a great manager and team of professionals working here. I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass location!

Nato explained everything very well and gave me an estimated completion date. They completed the work within one day of estimate. That day was caused by parts delivery. The result turned out great. My vehicle looks new.

I had a really good experience. I dealt with Isaac the whole time, from the time i dropped my car off to the time i picked my car up he was great! He kept me updated and made sure i knew everything going on, great customer service, and when i picked my car up he explained everything good and had great hospitality! i will definitely be using them for future references!

Great service and customer care. They it very easy to get my car in for collision repair estimate. They worked with my insurance to determine what deductible we owed and then took care of the rest. Very easy. The representative, Sky, was very responsive and kept us informed on the process.
