I was on the freeway and my radiator protector fell down on my car while driving 65 plus at 5 am in the morning. Very unsettling experience, it went under my car and made a loud scrapping noise. I contacted Gerber Collision and was provided excellent customer service and assurance that the issue was something they could easily take care of. They allowed me to bring the vehicle in without an appt and removed the hanging protector to allow me to drive until the part came in. Moe A. was the person I dealt with. He was very professional, kind and easy to work with. The overall experience was great and I will definitely take my car back in the future. Honest and trustworthy.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I walked in the front door and Dave S the General Manager was there and visited with me. Even though he was extremely busy Dave took the time to explain all the details about my vehicle and the repair process. Later I found out that it was his anniversary, but he still treated me like I was the most important person at the time. He patiently listened while I explained that I bought the truck 3 weeks ago, it was 15 years old with 39K miles and still looked brand new. Now my insurance company wants to total my "new" truck. I'm kind of high maintenance and have a lot of questions. Even after our original meeting I emailed Dave with several questions, he responded very quickly to every email. I hope like Hell you are never unfortunate enough like me to get hit by another vehicle with ... a driver that is 25 years old, under the influence of alcohol and drugs... in a borrowed car with NO insurance...but if you find yourself in my predicament I hope you are lucky enough have your vehicle land in Dave's hands... you will be well taken care of. Thank you for your time Dave and I'll keep you updated on the progress of my "new" Ford Ranger prerunner. read more
