Trust. Trust is important when dealing with a body or auto shop. We are new to Anthem, and I didn't know who to trust my wife's Grand Cherokee, Summit Edition to. She likes this car more than she likes me, and I was the one who dented it, so I really need to get it repaired by a company I could trust. I TRUST Gerber Collision & Glass in Anthem after using them for the repair. Jeff K. wrote the estimate. He called around to find the most affordable, quality new parts. He did this on speaker-phone and I could hear the prices, quotes and the rapport he had with his suppliers. The way they were talking to him, it was clear he has treated them fairly and I got the sense he was going to be fair with me. He was. He communicated throughout the whole process and even sent pictures as the project unfolded. This guy is at the top of his ... profession. I could have found 100 shops in the Phoenix metro area that could have done the repair. I wanted more than just a quick, cheap repair. I wanted a repair that was superbly done at a fair and reasonable price. Gerber did just that. Fantastic service, and an unbelievably fast return of my vehicle. Turned it in Tuesday morning and got it back Friday afternoon after repairing the rear clip and repainting (plus replacing the missing Cargo Net hooks:-). Everyone I interacted with there from the front desk, to the General Manager were great to work with and they all know how to take care of a customer . Mo and his whole team are the best. My 2015 Mercedes got into an accident right before winter break 2017. It was my first accident ever, my car got squeezed between 4 cars. I was scared and have no idea how to talk to the insurance company or to fix my car. I got a little bit frustrated with the insurance company because it's just so hard to contact them. It took a week and I finally got the rental car so that I can drop off my Mercedes to Gerber to get it repaired. Everything was very stressful before that, until I walk into Gerber. The first time I walked in, they literally took care of everything. They took my car, contacted my insurance company, and drove me home. Through the fixing/waiting process, it was a constant communication. Emails, copies of the email that they send to the insurance company, text messages with process ... tracking, callings, and voice mail... They are always available when I call them. Their consumer service is the best. After two weeks, I got my car back and it was just like a brand new car. Even though it still has some on and off technical issues (Mercedes are so hard to fix with all the technologies, and so expensive, too), they were able to take care of it even it means that they need to send it the Mercedes body shop ( I don't think they can do a better job, but they need to use their own technologies to fix their problems...). They will care for your car until there are zero problems, and they you help you to fix it if your car happened to have continued problems. I need to say thank you to them: the whole experience means a lot to me, throughout the whole process, you guys are the one that I can trust and know that you willing and able to help me. It's been more than half a year from the accident, and I was satisfied with every single interaction with you guys. (Thank you for even checking and fixing my bumper this morning, it was not even from the accident and you are willing the spend your time and afford to do that. It might be a little thing for you, but for me, it really means a lot!)Thank you guys for taking care of the little things and big things, and hope you guys not get tired of doing what is good, and good luck to your business! read more
