A few weeks ago I stopped by (on my way to visit my hospitalized husband) and spoke with Jeffrey about the left front bumper of my Mustang. Apparently I had rammed into something that dislodged it. He asked if I could bring it back the next morning at 8:00. I did and he drove it inside. About 10 minutes later he drove it out and it was repaired!!! And he told me there was no charge!!! I had to hug him I was so happy. It reaffirms my belief that there are still many good people in this crazy world. Thank you, Jeffrey!

I am so satisfied with the quality of service that not just my car got but that I got! I will highly recommend this collision center to anyone that will listen! These guys went above and beyond and took care of not just the body work but made sure my car was better/cleaner than when they got it! Super friendly service and will definitely go back if I need to!

Jerry K. was great to work with. He kept me up to date both by email, text and phone calls about the work being done on my vehicle. Even when there was a delay in the repair, he worked with me and kept me abreast of what was going on. He was not only professional but very personable. A pleasure to deal with. The work was great and my lift gate looks as good as it did when I bought it. I've had this shop do work for me before and I'll use them again if I need to. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work and the customer service. Well done!

I switched to Gerber after the business(Safelite) my insurance company referred me to could not deliver on the" few minute" crash kit set up. They also would not be able to repair the window at a location or by mobil for seven days. After waiting for an hour and a half later, I decided t call Gerber from the Safelite parking lot. Your customer service rep. was friendly and detailed oriented. .She said I could go to any location and they would set me up with a crash kit. The Forsyth location stayed true to the promise and quickly covered my window. I was also told I would receive a phone call the following morning by 9 a.m. by the mobil service to give me an e.t.a.
