Organized, efficient, had my vehicle back to me BEFORE the promised time. Communicated throughout the repair process with updates. Jeffrey was great and accurate with estimates and time. Sarah at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd vehicle we have had repaired here over the last 8 years. All of which were our vehicles getting hit by another party, Gerber made the process as smooth, efficient and pleasant as it could possible be for it being a car accident and repair.

I will recommend Gerber to everyone who is looking for an auto body repair facility. I took my Mustang in for bumper repair on Wednesday, 5/30. My husband is recovering from a hospital and rehab hospital stay so he couldn't bring me home. A very nice young man (I'm sorry I can't recall his name), rode home with me and drove my car back to Gerber. (I'm sure he was smiling - the convertible top was down.) I received updates via text, and Friday, 6/1, Leah called me to say the car was ready and someone would pick me up so I could drive it home. Well, it was Leah who came and I drove her back to Gerber. I couldn't ask for better service or "over and above" customer care. Thank you all! I appreciate it so much. Take the rest of the day off! You deserve it!

Transportation to rent-a-car, and picked up my rental and dropped off my car at my condo complex when job was completed. Didn't expect that. Very convenient. A few weeks ago I stopped by (on my way to visit my hospitalized husband) and spoke with Jeffrey about the left front bumper of my Mustang. Apparently I had rammed into something that dislodged it. He asked if I could bring it back the next morning at 8:00. I did and he drove it inside. About 10 minutes later he drove it out and it was repaired!!! And he told me there was no charge!!! I had to hug him I was so happy. It reaffirms my belief that there are still many good people in this crazy world. Thank you, Jeffrey!
