Every one at this location were friendly, helpful , professional and went up and beyond what was expected of them. They did a wonderful job of repairing my fender, grill, head light and returned my car looking like nothing had happened to it. AND it was done and ready for pick-up earlier then expected. I will recommend them to others.

You are never happy about having your car repaired, but I was very happy that I chose Gerber Collision. The staff greeted me warmly (Sarah), and Jeff K. was my estimator. Detailed picture were taken (and provided) outlining the extend of the damage. I was then well informed of the process to repair, and was updated accordingly as to the progress of my vehicle repair. Was very happy with the outcome, and would recommend Gerber to anyone looking for collision repair. Thank you Jeff, and thank you Sarah.

He kept me updated throughout the 7 day ordeal and ensured the quality of the work was first rate despite challenges with parts he received from Ford. Nathan and his team were amazing! He worked it out so my older/ paid off car could be fixed! The paint matches perfectly, you can't even see that I had been rear-ended! I was updated every day, and it was finished a day ahead of schedule! He could have easily "totaled" my car but instead decided to let me put another one or two hundred thousand miles on it! I am so grateful to Nathan and his team for doing an excellent job and going out of his way to make me happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will always recommend Gerber and return if needed. Although my car was eventually deemed to be a total lossle and not repaired, my experience with Jeff K. and the folks at the Anthem location was great. All of the employees were friendly, informative and professional. I have had work done here in the past and would recommend them.

I just received my truck back from Gerber and I couldn't be more happy with the results. After being rear ended I was worried that my truck would never be the same, but the staff at Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe made my truck like new again and I am extremely thankful. Special thanks to the General Manager Bill H. He really went out of his way, talked to me personally on the phone about my vehicle, and eased my mind about the difficult situation I was in. He showed compassion about my personal situation and that really showed me he cares about his customers. Jordan C. was my estimator and was great at keeping me informed step by step as they fixed my truck for me, worked with the insurance company of the man who caused the accident so I wouldn't be stressed.
