Had extensive paint work from a tire scrape down the side of our SUV which happened while parked at a supermarket. The work matched 2006 original paint perfectly, and Jeff K. went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of and all was completed perfectly. Jeff is an expert estimator and customer service representative for Gerber, exceptional!

I am so pleased with the service and repairs I received from this location! Brian K. did a great job, I couldn't be more happy. Thanks Brian! The repairs to my vehicle were completed extremely fast, in fact, they were even completed earlier than originally expected. I was updated on the progress of the vehicle everyday. The vehicle looks just as good as it did before the accident! When I went to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so pleasant and displayed fantastic customer service. The man at the counter (did not catch a name- Saturday @ 11 am) was very friendly and Jeremy walked me through the final repair bill and showed me what repairs were done. Thanks for all your hard work!

Being re-ended is not a great experience, but taking my daughters car to Gerber Collision & Glass was an AWESOME experience. The experience from start to finish was both professional and courteous. Ruth, at the front desk is and was exceptionally helpful navigating me through the repair process and John S. was great to work with from the estimate until the car was returned in excellent shape. The fit, finish, and overall look of the car was nothing short of outstanding! I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass company for any automotive bodywork you might need done. I will also recommend both John and Ruth to my friends.

Friday I brought my brand new Jeep in to get work done Jeremy helped me and gave me an estimate. Came back on following Tuesday dropped off for service to start. Tuesday a.m. received call from Jeremy just to le me know what to expect. I was also receiving text daily of to progress. Jeremy was on top of it the entire way guiding me threw the process. Every other day I would be contacted to be reassured the work was in progress and moving forward. Thank you again, Jeremy for great customer service/support. I would most definitely request Jeremy to help me in future services needed. Thank you

I took my car in a few days ago to get my bumper fixed from an accident that was not my fault. It was an inconvenience but not a big deal and Gerber really made my experience a very positive one. Everyone I talked with (nice woman at the front desk, Adrian (sp?), and the man who drove me home) were all extremely nice and professional. I appreciated the daily text messages regarding how my car was coming along. I also appreciated you guys cleaning the inside and outside of my car, I did not expect that and I was happily surprised. I take my pride in my car and appreciated that you guys treated it with respect. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are going above and beyond and I will definitely recommend you to my friends and coworkers.
