My car caused an accident. Front left side was quite injured! Took it to Gerber. They explained everything that they would be doing in a calm sincere way, since I was quite upset.. They told me exactly how long it would take to fix the car, and a couple of days later called with what had to be done.. They kept me informed on how it was going and gave me a lead time of when it would be done. They had a rental car right there for me. When I picked up the car it looks so great, and everything they did was explained to me, as well as in the paper work for me to take home. I have some scrapes on my car and I would like Gerber to do that work in the future.. Really trust them to do excellent work..

Everyone who worked here was extremely caring and kind! I was scheduled to pick up my car at 4:00 pm but could not make that time because I had to work in Phoenix. I called to let them know and they were very understanding! I was running so late from rush hour traffic I ended up being 15 minutes late past their closing time. They are so nice they stayed open until I got there, walked me out to my car and told me everything they did to my car! I was so happy to see my car looked BRAND new and they even detailed the inside! They took such good care of me and my car. They even texted me updated to let me know when my car would be ready! I love this place and I will come back whenever need be! Thanks a lot guys! You're all rock stars!
