I had the very best experience at the Anthem location, both with the front office and the body shop staff. My car looks as good as new and was ready when they estimated it would be. All those pesky details with my insurance and rental car were taken care of by the wonderful lady (I think her name was Martha, not sure) on the front desk. I didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of it all. I hope my car never needs bodywork again but if it does I wouldn't think of going anywhere but Gerbers. Totally recommend them.

Without a question, the best experience I have ever had when I needed to get repairs done to my wife's 2019 Lexus ES350 car. Making an appointment to bring the car in for an estimate was quick and easy as was Gerber's prompt contact with my insurance company, resulting in my being able to get a very quick date to bring in the car for the actual repairs. When I dropped off my car at Gerber they immediately drove me over to Enterprise to pick up the rental car, which was waiting for me and which was extremely easy to get into the rental and get back on the road. Every one of the Gerber employees was not only very pleasant but, also, extremely knowledgeable as to what had to be done and when it would be done. Finally, I just picked up my car yesterday and the work done was perfect; absolutely no indication that any work had been done to the ... car. In fact, there were actually 2 other minor repairs that was not noticed when I originally dropped off the car at Gerber and, rather than adding the small charge involved, it was repaired and replaced at no charge. Kudos to Chrissy, Alan and Mike( the Manager who also checked everything out to make sure that I was satisfied. As a business owner myself, I was blown away how professional these guys were and with the extra mile it's hard to find good help nowadays but if I ever have to hire another person I will ask them LOL thanks again you guys you guys are great

I can't say enough good things about this location of Gerber. Allan and Cris made my auto repair hurt less with their marvelous customer service and timely completion. I never met the repair people, but they need to be commended too. Being sideswiped in a parking lot without anyone leaving a message was extremely annoying, but Gerber took the pain out of the incident. Definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I had an accident on I 40 near Goffs Rd. Our vehicle was towed to Gerbers in Bullhead City. This location is very busy, but they were able to have my vehicle road worthy the next day so we could get home. It's hard to explain the situation we were in. Just got hit by a car, waited for a tow, hitched a ride with the tow truck driver, checked in the vehicle at Gerbers they gave us hope, tow truck driver takes us to Laughlin to get a room. There are no Ubers or Lyfts. Cabs were more than two hours. Gerbers was able to get my vehicle road worthy the next morning, but we couldn't find a ride to their shop. I called and let them know my situation and a nice gentleman came to get us in his own vehicle! Now I know why they are so busy. Gerbers will take care of you.

Best customer service I have experienced! Eric was awesome. He was in constant communication keeping me updated on the progress of my Lexus' repairs. When the original replacement door that was ordered arrived damaged (no fault of theirs), he let me know they would make it a priority to replace it asap and they still managed to complete the repair by the original estimated date! Not to mention the quality of work was outstanding. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

This is the best place to have your body damage repaired in Scottsdale. I have used this particular Gerber location multiple times. Every time, the quality of work and level of customer service is exceptional. Mike B, the General Manager, took very good care of us and the car. Mike made sure we were happy with the work done. I will not take my vehicles anywhere but this 84th St. and Hayden Gerber location for body repair. Excellent service and work!! Marty
