First of all I can't remember when I have had more delightful employee's (Jeffrey and Cassie) to talk too about a bad situation they were very nice informative and helped above and beyond duties I have seen from other workers at other business's. I came into your establishment very upset about my accident and was laughing and happy when I left. Jeffrey got me back more money with his Est. than I ever expected and am now able to buy a car with my other trade in that makes me feel safe again. Thank You so much for having good employee's, there hard to find.

Second time at Gerber in sbout a year, staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. They do great work and take time to exolain the reoairs. on this visit they fund a bit more damage under the mirror mount on door and took the extra time tio make sure it was fixed right. They could have covered it up and I would have nevr known there was a problem. Would recommend this shp to anyone needing these services.

My car looks like new and I have a big fat warranty in my glove compartment. I am a happy camper. Megan was fantastic and updated me almost daily. She was upbeat even though Geico treated her like a spraying skunk. All the rest of the staff that I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone. I went there this morning for an estimate on a slightly damaged bumper. I was helped by Steven L. (Parts & Production Manager) who provided me with such amazing customer service. My bumper only needed to be re attached, and it was done on the spot. Cassie and Jeff were amazing. Cassie is so great with people,i felt very welcome and taken care of. Jeff went the extra mile,i was so upset over the accident and Jeff and cassie both went the extra mile with service and care. At time of drop off,i was a frazzled mess. Cassie assured me everything was going to be ok now. Constant communication from the staff was the best until i was called by Jeff who told me my car was done, ahead of schedule!!! Pick up was awesome. Jeff went over my car with a fine tooth comb, every detail. All i could say was wow.... i will continue to come to this shop not only for body will but for glass as well. I will continue recommending them to everyone i know!
