We worked with Scott and Tim on my son's 2004 Toy Tacoma. In a few words I can say that we were treated like family, and so was my son's truck. I am so impressed with the product and service that Scott provided. He is positively an all star. We also met his technician Tim. Another gem employee. The work that was done on the 2004 was so far above and beyond the necessary work that it needs to be recognized in some formal way. I just don't know how to do that. I am in my 60's and this very well may be the best customer service I have ever received. So impressive. 5 Stars+ ... Thank you so much Scott and Tim.

From the moment I spoke to Frank and Donya to the time I picked up my car they were incredible they did everything that they said they were going to do and on top of all that made my car look like it was brand-new right off the show room floor blew me away kind of service I'm so impressed with them I've already begun recommending this location to all the people that I know and I'm sure I'll come back for any work that I'd like to have done to any of my other cars It was definitely a great experience nothing like what I had expected first-class service all the way around.
