The Customer Service at Gerber was above par, also the explanatione of repair work. The Manager, Ian was personable, and also explained policies used. I also want to thank the people that did the body work, and thank them all for the nice clean car.

they did e excellent job on fixing my car. one of my doors was slightly off .so I brought my car back they stopped what they were doing and fixed my car right away and I explained how the insurance company had shorted me on paying me back for the rental . the owner took money out of his own pocket and payed me they are the best.
