Our estimator Emily M did a fabulous job helping us negotiating all the details of repairing our 1996 Ford Crown Victoria. Keeping us informed by text, email and phone as well as our in person experience was very professional, trustworthy, and friendly. She was more than just a estimator. Pricing was very competitive and the results were impressive! What a great customer experience! Also your receptionist Laura (sp) was very courteous and professional during my interactions with your company.

We recently had to get our minivan fixed after an accident. Emily M. and everyone at Gerber did an amazing job. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and kept us informed during the process. Our minivan looks great and it only took a few days to get it fixed.

If I could give Gerber Collision & Glass more than 5 stars I would. No one wants to be in an accident and matters are even more complicated when you are in an accident out of state. But I can't tell you how grateful I am to have such a wonderful team supporting me through what could have been a very unpleasant process. Stephanie D'Agostin, especially, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to quickly get a rental car and get on the road home while she and her team handled all of the details surrounding my collision. I contacted Gerber last week for repair info. on my Cadillac back passenger window, it would not go up. I spoke with Emily M. and immediately I was impressed with her communication skills. I have been commuting from South Georgia and Emily worked with me to coordinate an effective plan of action. On my way home last week she called and advised that the regulator for the window would have to be ordered and offered to tow the car to my residence in Atlanta at no charge. This really was a gracious offer and I told her I would be back up in Atlanta and would pick it up on 11/10. I went to Gerber yesterday and got my car and to my surprise they had cleaned it up and it looked great!! Emily walked me outside and verified everything had been corrected.
