I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. I dropped my car off and they had the enterprise rental company onsite to take me to my rental car. The customer service of Tyrone, who inspected my car, was wonderful. They communicated with me throughout the process and I was able to pick it back up within 2 weeks of dropping it off. Great experience, would highly recommend them!

I called a couple of auto body shops and everyone was so busy that they could not even take my car in for week or so, but Gerber customer service was able to get my car in and repairs were made in and I got my car back within a week. I was truly impressed by the time it took.

The customer service was awesome. Jody at the front desk was very pleasant and understands the importance of customer service. I witnessed first hand how she was able to answer the telephones in a calm demeanor all the while keeping the customers in the waiting area attended to. The technicians were also thorough and I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of me as a customer. Will definitely utilize Gerber in the future, if the need arises. Keep up the good work. Great customer service is hard to find!
