I got in a motor accident last week and and was scheduled to drop my car off at gerber collison on Willow ST, Atlanta, GA 30308. I didn't even know how long it was going to take for them to repair my car. Just the next day Bobby W. (Estimator) called and let me know the car was 50% complete. On Wednesday he informed me that the car is ready for pick up. It takes just three days for them complete my car repairs. Thank You Gerber Collision for having such awesome employees. I've been to Firestone, Car dealerships, etc; and I've always felt cheated, and not satisfied with their work. Not only was I impressed with the job , but the employees made me feel like family. Bobby Williams, explained each detail very careful, and stay in contact with me through out the whole process. He made sure I got a full understanding, and most of all he wanted me to be satisfied, not only was I satisfied, I was overwhelmed. I've never seen someone go above and beyond for my satisfaction. If any of my family and friends have any issue with their car, I will definetly recommend them to this location, and tell them to ask for Bobby.
