Thanks for everything. From the time I walked into Gerber to the time I left with my daughters car everything was great. You handled the write up, and return very professionally. I knew everything that was going on with the car as it was happening. When I brought the car home my wife and daughter were very happy, the work was done perfectly, and the car was spotlessly clean. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent service you provided me in the recent repair of my 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Getting body damage to a vehicle repaired is never a pleasant nor enjoyable experience, especially when the owner is the responsible party for the damage. However, you took your time and worked with us on providing a very reasonable estimate on the damage and explained what would take place. We left pleased with the estimate as it was expected by us to be almost triple of what was quoted. I left my car on a Friday, October 19, 2012, and was able to pick it back on the following Tuesday. What an amazing job Tony Stabile and his team did on our Honda! We thought the bumper was going to have to be replaced but they were able to repair it and make it look brand new! Tony, At a time when nobody seems to care and there are so many businesses that all they are concerned with is making money.
