I want to THANK Don and Brian for the AMAZING job they provided after an accident. Anybody who has been in an accident knows how painful the process can be, even if there was no physical injury. The Team at Gerber made the whole experience less stressful and delivered on everything (and then some) the estimate detailed. Don listened to my concerns and was available anytime I had a question or concern...and he even provided updates via phone or e-mail daily. Brian made my car look as good as it did before my accident...which I didn't think would be possible. My local Safeco Ins. office, the Safeco Ins. claim taker on the phone, and Gerber Collision were all very helpful and concerned about the accident. Working together they all helped eliminate needless worry concerning this experience. Everything went very smoothly. Had a rear end collision in a parking lot of a grocery store., my rear bumper was damaged. Brought my car in to Gerber and from the adjuster Tony S. through the whole process was professional and a pleasure with their customer service. Picked up my car on 10/09/2015 with the repair that was awesome, and they went the extra mile on buffing out my driver side door and also driver side mirror of scratches at no charge " What Customer Service " . My car was side-swiped in a hit-and-run accident. It required body work and I selected Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was courteous, efficient, and listened to my concerns. I was especially impressed with Don who not only repaired the damage in a timely fashion, but when I picked up my SUV it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. It looked like the day I drove it off the showroom floor. In addition, we noticed a few scratch marks on the UNAFFECTED damage site. Mr. O'Brien applied some compound to remove the those scratches. He is a professional who went above and beyond his original task. Thank you Mr. O'Brien and the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass - Austintown, OH.

Had a great experience at this location. My estimator was Doug and he was so helpful and friendly I almost forgot I was there because I had the misfortune of someone hitting my car. Great and quick service that I would recommend to anyone! Doug was nothing but wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. It's nice to know people still care about their jobs as much as he does.
