I dropped my car off on 10/22 and was told it would take 6 business days to complete to job.... I could have picked my car up on 10/26 but due to my work schedule could not get it until 10/28. Not only did my car look AMAZING it was done well before the expected date. I feel everyone went above and beyond what i expected. I am more than happy with my service I would in a heartbeat refer anyone I know to use your company! I am so happy with how nice my car looks, it looks brand new. I never thought I would appreciate my car until it was wrecked and having an amazing company fix it like new made me so happy! Thank you to Mike and the rest of the Gerber team who exceeded my expectations! I was updated and customer service was more than amazing as well! For some reason the question you sent to me was lost without a response, but I do want you to know that I was more than completely satisfied with the performance of the staff at your Austintown, OH location. My initial visit on Wed., 08/28 was very helpful. Both the secretary/receptionist and estimator went out of their way to explain things to me in a way that I understood. The wait was minimal and I was made comfortable. The reception area was very clean and the secretary offered me coffee. I was able to take my car to be fixed on Tue., 09/03. They arranged for a rental car and everything went very well. They promise my car would be ready by the 09/11. They actually had it ready on 09/09. The best part were the phone calls and e-mails I received every two days giving me an update of their progress. When I went to pick up my car they ... explained everything that was done. Hi Mike, I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all the time and effort you and all the staff at Gerber Collision put into the repairs of my little cavalier. The mechanics you have there are amazing and they did an incredible job at the repairs. I am in the beginning stages of recovery from my accident and I still have a ways to go, but meeting you all and the work that you all put into my car made this situation made me feel so much better. The staff there is so courteous I knew every step of the process as it was being done my case worker along with the office staff took the time to call me and update me of every part when it came in to when it was being painted. That speaks for itself. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for everything and for the mechanics you have on staff there are truly amazing at what they do and ... I thank them all so much. And thank you to everyone who helped me carry all my stuff to the rental car it was the day after the accident I was in there and you all just carried everything out for me so I would not have to lift anything. Just had to compliment your company on its quality workmanship and customer relations. I needed body work done on my 2012 Equinox and was recommended to your body shop, Gerber Collision & Glass, 5461Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, OH, for the repairs the car needed. I must say my car was meticulously taking care of inside and out. I am very pleased with the repair. Mike Walker,estimator, took, what I consider, great care in explaining what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. No question was too minor or irrelevant for Mike to want to answer. The detailed explanation of what services would be provided was outstanding! He also frankly discussed the advantages and disadvantages about getting my insurance company involved. I did not feel rushed or like I had to make a decision on the spot about leaving my car with your company. I ... was pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up (which was sooner than promised) - it was cleaned, polished, and the inside was immaculately cleaned. My expectations were more than met - the car was repaired, cleaned, polished, and looked like it had just been detailed (inside and out). Thanks to all of you! I was impressed with the how Mike handled the claim and also when we picked up the car. I was not to happy about the way Theresa acted when her printer wouldn't print. She called it a fricken printer 2xs. Mike came over and got it to print after about 5 minutes. Overall good job.

"Good morning Mike: Just a brief note to let you know how happy I am with the repair work done on my Jeep Patriot. This is my first accident and my first experience with dealing with insurance and a business to resolve the damage. I am greatly impressed with the professional manner in which I was treated from start to finish. Everything was explained to me when I first came into the shop and I was informed of the progress once the repair was started. Finally I couldn't be more pleased with how my Jeep looks now. "The car looks the same as when I drove it home from The Honda Store in December 2012. I really appreciate that there is no "new paint' smell in the interior of the car. Of special note is the exact match of the maroon paint. I've looked at the left side several times and there is not the slightest difference from the doors to the front and rear fenders. The fit and finish is identical the Honda Factory specifications. The auto-down feature on the driver's window is working fine now, just had to press it a couple of times. I might bring my other Accord in to get an estimate on repairing damaged paint."

Tony, I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent work you performed once again on my truck. I know our company is in your shop regularly and once again, you have got us scheduled to fit our needs, completed the work on time, done an excellent job and have not run over budget. It is important to us to keep our vehicles looking their best even though we are in the industrial application. You have helped us maintain a good clean appearance. By the way I left the shop yesterday and an hour later my son called and had had a trailer jackknife coming down the turnpike, we'll have that one in for an estimate very soon.
