Went in today for an estimate and met with Karl S.. While we got no work done today, Karl was extremely nice and professional. Without a doubt I will be using Gerber Collision for any auto work I may need in the future.

I was working with Erie because my neighbor had backed into my car and their insurance was paying the claim. I chose Gerber after having worked with them a few years ago with another vehicle we owned. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! I hadn't called them ahead of time, and they received the adjuster's faxed estimate before we had any contact. I arrived at the shop about an hour later to talk with them, and they were getting ready to call me. They made the arrangements for a rental car for me and took care of everything. I was told it would be 3 days, and I dropped my car off on Monday, 4/28 during my lunch break. I called today (Wednesday, 4/30) on my lunch break for a status report and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that my car had just gone through detailing and was finished and they just hadn't had a chance to call ... me yet. Being ahead of the estimate was a fantastic thing! They also took care of returning the rental car to Enterprise. I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received and will cheerfully recommend Gerber to anyone who needs their services. My thanks to all the staff! read more

I was 110% satisfied with the service provided to me at the location in Bath. I was more than satisfied at the job they did with my car- you can't even tell I was ever in an accident- looks good as new! Kelly did a great job at answering any questions I had and in helping me get my rental from Enterprise in a very timely manner. Karl took the time to go over what needed to be done, and he called me throughout the process to update me on my status of my car being fixed. If I ever need collision repair again, I would not hesitate at all to come back to this location. I also have no hesitation in referring my friends to this location. Thanks again for the great and friendly service! :)

I was in an automobile accident two weeks ago when my car was hit by two deer. I took my Dodge Nitro to Gerber Collision and was very impressed. They texted you messages and updates every day to let you know the status of my vehicle. It was completed in a great timely matter!! The staff is so friendly, and Kelly the receptionist and worker is a great person to deal with and gets the work done!! Would recommend them to anybody!! Great Job!!!

Everything went very smoothly with the repair of my vehicle. The staff was very helpful and very nice to work with. I did get a rental car thru Enterprise which was there when I dropped my car off. There were 3 people trying to pick up rentals at the same time. I think the rental car company should try and plan for that since they knew how many cars were getting picked up and everyone was scheduled for 8:30. But the shop was excellent my vehicle looks as good as new.
