This was my first insurance claim I ever had to make and I wasn't very sure of how to go about doing it. I originally was going to choose to get my repairs done at a different location but after dealing with the staff for the estimate, I decided to follow through and get my repairs done through Gerber. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and informative and made me feel like an actual person, almost part of the family. They gave me constant updates on my repairs and even took care of setting up the rental car for me. I would definitely return in the future, as well as recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle.

Great service and great repair on my car! I was pleasantly surprised to see it was washed inside and out. They keep me informed of the status of the repair every day. They were very nice! It was also very convenient to have Hertz rental car ready for me there to pick up the rental car. Overall excellent experience. :)

It took a lot longer than I expected, but the car looks like it did before the damage, but has a very special detailed look inside and out that gives me back that new car feeling all over again, despite it's 6 years and 43,000 miles!!!!! The girls at the desk were very friendly, and also understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable, so that they certainly helped to ease a very traumatic situation!
