The Bellevue Gerber shop did a warranty repair (for the Lynnwood location) on my automobile today. The trunk latch was not functioning properly, so I stopped at Bellevue because it was convenient. Rick F. (Manager), Ben and Julie were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Rick personally re-installed the necessary part so my car was in pristine condition. I'm ecstatic, the trunk and rear tail lights on my car are so well aligned it's as if my 2008 automobile is like-new! I'm a thoroughly pleased customer who will return in the future and refer family and friends alike. Thank you for a job well-done.

You have every reason to be very proud of your Bellevue, WA office. Julie, Rick and Jose are as nice people as you will meet in the industry. Of course, being nice is not sufficient. Efficiency and effectiveness, not to mention expertise in collision repairs, is required. The Bellevue facility possesses all of these virtues and talents. Jose was very helpful with getting my quotation, and did a great job helping me through this process! It was the first time I have dealt with a claim, and the whole team at Gerber did a fantastic job taking care of me. The only thing keeping me from awarding a 5 star was that I had to bring my car back for an adjustment on the door. Other than that, excellent service and I trust Gerber will take care of me in the future!

Came in got an estimate for my damaged car. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Later dropped off the car to get repaired, staff helped me will all my questions and concerns. I felt totally satisfied and will definitely recommend gerber collision to my friends and family in the future. Once again the staff is great and they all deserve a raise. :)

"I have only positive remarks. I collected three estimates. Really, I was not looking so much for "cheap" as I was the customer service. I do not want the "fake pal" kind of service. I want action. Jerry gave me a time frame for the repair. I had to leave on vacation. I received FOUR updates by phone or e mail and an e mail notice on the estimated pick up day that they were finished. There were no surprise conditions or surprise charges. I was really surprised and pleased. The car looks really good and the signals all work. Thank you, Gerber."
