I took my car to Gerber through my insurance and I am glad I did. They started the work on the same day they received my car. They kept me informed on how my car was coming along on a daily basis. My car was also completed a week before they said it would be done. The gentleman that helped me was named Rick. Great customer service. And my car looks great.

My experience with Gerber Collision was awesome! They really made the entire process easy and completely painless. I was very surprised and pleased with the genuine customer service (Rick and Patty especially), but even more blown away with Gerber going the extra mile to arrange the rental car and provide text updates. I was also very grateful for the super fast estimate and repair! I am a pregnant stay at home mom with a 2 year old and I can honestly say working with Gerber Collision was the easiest part of my week! If or when I ever need the services again, Gerber Collision will be my first call.

The service and workmanship was so excellent and cost effective I brought my vehicle back for more repairs! Their paint department did an excellent job matching the OEM color I was blown away. My first impression of the shop put me at ease, the young blonde slender lady that greeted me quickly welcomed me and made me feel like the only customer. Which is impressive because there were many things happening at once. The waiting room is well maintained and clean. The coffee and tea choices were very welcoming touch if I had to wait for longer than a few minutes (which I didn't need to wait). As for the final repair, it was completed in the time promised and they even did a clean up of my interior which is above and beyond the service I expected.
