From the beginning when I got to Gerber Collision to the end when my car was finished and I picked it up everyone was efficient, kind, warm, friendly. The Hertz rent a car was great. Gerber's receptionist arranged everything so well with Hertz that I was taken care of very well. the Hertz people were wonderful too. Our car was fixed extremely well. When we got our car back it was clean, well taken of, looked like new. I will recommended Gerber Collision to everyone I know. They truly, overall, did a fantastic job.

I was impressed with the courtesy of the telephone lady. She didn't get frustrated when I had her repeat what she was saying several times. It wasn't her lack of ability to speak. It was my inability to hear. I wear hearing aides and I still have difficulty hearing. Bless her heart.The "guy" employees were super fun. They laughed at my attempt to be humorous when I told them they were my new best friends. That was because they were young and cute. They found a crack in one of my door panels. That extended the time that my service would be complete. I told the guy that if he didn't have my car finished by Friday, he would have to drive me to Oklahoma City. He sounded fine with that until I told him I didn't think my husband would want me to share a hotel room with my new best friend a Gerber employee. I had to be in Norman. The ... home of the O.U.
