Despite the circumstances of being involved in a car accident, our experience with Gerber couldn't have been better! I especially would llike to recognize Shawn Weight, the General Manager at the Broken Arrow, OK location. He was EXTREMELY helpful and made us feel at ease from our first meeting while obtaining a repair estimate. He explained the entire process and was always available with questions or concerns we had during the repair process. Shawn definitely went above and beyond numerous times for us and also kept us informed as to the status of our repair throughout. We just could not be more pleased! Needless to say, I am thrilled having my car back and especially after the interior detailing that was done, it looks better than it did before we turned it in to Gerber! Both Shawn and Ian kept me very informed on a weekly basis of the status of my car. It took almost 2 months to repair my car. This was not due to anything the staff at Gerber did or didn't do. The delay was due to the Hyundai dealership having challenges with installing the new bottom half of the engine. It took them 3 tries. I have had work done on several cars at Gerber/Craftsman. All of my experiences have been more than satisfactory. The fact that they were willing to pay my rental car expense once my rental insurance ran out, was way beyond my expectations. When I picked my car up, Ian walked me through all that had been done, provided me with the paperwork and showed me to my beautifully detailed car. I just wanted to comment on your Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location. They did an excellent job all around from their customer service to making my car look top notch when I picked it up yesterday. I was involved in an auto collision and the other parties insurance was nothing, but a huge pain, but when it came to getting the auto body work done, gerber was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to work with. They even put on my backseat cover that came off years ago, but never got around to putting it back on, and with no additional cost. Thank you Broken Arrow, OK gerber!

My car was towed to Gerber by my insurance company. My claim has not been settled yet and the car still sits at Gerber while I wait for my insurance company but I wanted you to know that working with Gerber and Rod Seago imparticular has been a really great experience. My car is a total loss, thankfully my son is o.k. I just can't get over how super nice everyone at Gerber has been and Rod went out of his way to keep me informed and has just been fabulous to work with. I will reccomend Rod at Gerber every chance I get and if I ever need anything for any of my vehicles that is where I will be going.

This may sound crazy but since we purchased our Honda Odyssey in May of this year, this makes the 3rd time we have had the pleasure of working with Rodney at Gerber. Once again they provided outstanding service after someone backed into the front bumper of our van. It doesn't matter if the job is big or small, the end result looks better than new.

The experience I had at Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow, OK was exceptional. They kept in constant communication with me on the status of my car and also helped me deal with a few insurance kinks I ran into along the way. They were at all times professional and kind in a sincere way; I was treated like a valued customer. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the body work, paint match, and also the extra bonus of having the interior cleaned with a better detail job than when I bought it used! Damaged the finish on my Rav while cleaning it. The personnel at Gerber were attentive, friendly, and didn't laugh when I told them what I had done. My vehicle was taken in in a timely fashion, ready when promised, and repair cost exactly as quoted. The work was above and beyond my expectations as they took the time to detail my car and literally made it look as good as new. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. I highly this crew at any time for any service.
