I can not believe how amazing the service was here from walking in the front door. The staff listened to everything that was said to them they worked over and over to help make my experience better than any other body shop that I have been to. I am the type of customer that is very picky about my vehicle's, the type that makes a business want to run if they do not live up to the agreement. This was in no way even close to the case here's the experience was better than I could have expected. Thank you for sending me to a place that will have my business as long as I am living in this area.

This was my second visit to Gerber Collision -- neither accident was my fault. The first time, the business was called Burlington Collision, but many of the same service people were still there in my second visit. The office managers are extremely friendly and accommodating. They do a good job, repair the car as quickly as possible, and wash the exterior and clean the interior so it looks better than it did before the accident.
