My Lexus IS-250 was rear-ended and badly damaged. Gerber-Collision did an excellent job repairing my car and it looked like my car just came out of Lexus factory. Mr. Brian F. kept us informed about the progress of the repair on daily basis. I would recommend "Gerber-Collision" for anyone who need excellent quality body work. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely satisfied with the expert repair to my automobile. The staff is welcoming and proficient at what they do. They also kept me informed on a regular basis by text and phone. I have never had a better experience given the reason why I had to come in the first place, which wasn't a happy one. I left with a big smile on my face and a perfect car!

I had great overall experience from the moment I contacted Gerber to the time I received my vehicle after repairs. My vehicle was returned to me looking as nice as it did when it was first purchased. The team in the Menifee facility were great. Veronica and Emilo provided great customer service from beginning to end. I will recommend Gerber to friends and family.

I came to Gerber after getting an estimate at another body shop. My first impression of the other body shop wasn't good. I met with David and he inspected the vehicle. David listened to me and explained everything. The insurance company did not want to pay for (2) OEM parts which was important to me. In my experience parts that aren't OEM aren't as well made. David went the extra mile and was able to get these (2) parts for us. He kept my wife and I in the loop as to the progress on the vehicle, which I appreciated very much. When we got the car back I noticed the rear sonar wasn't working and was throwing a warning light. I brought it back which was on a Friday around 3 o'clock. Great service at new Escondido, CA location. Our car was repaired last year at Milo Johnson which was sold to Gerber. There was a minor defect in repair that popped up. Took it in not knowing company changed. General Manager, Jeff J., looked at it, figured it out, ordered parts, communicated timely and followed up to get in and fix the work of previous co. Anyway, a lot of such shops walk away from work, he honored the previous warranty and was pleasant. Not that we want our friends to be in accidents...but we will definitely recommend the shop and jeff.
