The body work and customer service during repairs was great. The automated updates are helpful and allowed me to plan ahead as far as picking up my vehicle. When I was doing the walk around inspecting the repairs, I made a comment that I wished I had remembered to ask about covering some chipped areas on my car from rocks, etc. The employee went in and got touch up paint and covered all of the chipped areas on my car while I waited. That goes a long way in the area of customer service and I think she represented your company with excellence.

Mike and his team were outstanding. They provided continuous updates throughout the process and gave me a breakdown of the work that was done on my car when I arrived to pick it up. They even had it clean inside and out and looking better than it had in over a year when I picked it up. All that after doing work on the underside of the vehicle. Most places would do the work and have you pick it up. It's little things like this that go a long way to customer satisfaction. Mike and his team truly take pride in their work and it shows. From top to bottom this is a very well run shop and they have my highest recommendation. Thank you again everyone!

The personnel @ the Cartersville GA location really knows the meaing of customer service. From the moment I came in everyone was attentive to my needs & took care of what was required for the insurance company for the hail damage. I was kept advised of the progress of the repair & they delivered at the time they said they would. Kudos to an outstanding crew & a fantastic job done on my car. The Gerber team at the Cartersville, Ga location was great! I took my car to them for hail damage repair. They did a WONDERFUL job on my car. I was very impressed at how they kept me well informed of every step of the process. When they completed the work, my car looked like it was worth a million bucks (that would be a very expensive Honda Accord), lol! It would be a "no brainer" who I would look to if I needed any other auto body damage repair.
