Mark D. and his team did a SUPERIOR job before during and after the Servicing of my vehicle. They were professional, courteous and most importantly, the were completely honest and up front on all communications! I was in one car accident with a cement post when I was out of town on vacation. As soon as I called insurance company they told me that Gerber was their preferred company and so when I got home when straight to Gerber on Monday and they promised me my car by Friday and it was ready on Thursday. I was very very pleased with workmanship and the way the staff treated me and kept me informed. a very professional company and would recommend them to anyone.

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Gerber in Cartersville, Ga. Ashley was wonderful to me and her communication skills are top notch. She kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was A+++. You can not tell I was in an accident. The paint matches perfectly and the gaps are in line. Thank you for the great job. If I ever need any repairs in the future I will certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend the shop to anyone.

Locally they were too busy to repair my car so it was transported to Cartersville, Georgia. I was dubious a bout it being sent elsewhere. Not to worry, the same great service was available. A very knowledgeable girl, Ashley, helped me a lot and answered all my questions. When it was returned to Kennasaw they checked it over. A very nice girl there took my rental car and delivered my repaired jewel back to me. I highly recommend your company to all my friends.

WOW! These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I could have set for them. I pretty much only talked to Keith through the whole process but everyone I came in contact with up there (I'm sorry but don't remember all the names) was great. Keith kept me up to date on exactly what was going on with my car. I own a rare car (1 out of 1000) and I couldn't have asked for anyone to do a better job. They matched the paint and got everything looking like the car just came off the showroom floor! I can assure you these guys will not only be getting my business, but they will be getting my family and friends business as well moving forward! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
