I have had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision of Cary! They have been incredibly flexible with scheduling my appointment. The really great part of my experience began when I dropped my car off for an estimate. Gail especially has been more than kind and accommodating with getting me checked in and the process started. It is so refreshing to walk into a place of business and be able to tell they take their job seriously, but also enjoy working there. You can tell this location is full of great, motivated, professional and positive people. Definitely would come back to Gerber Collision for any future needs!

Gail & Lee did an exceptional job in all aspects of my 2nd experience at Gerber!!! Since they are an authorized Allstate Certified collision repair shop 3 years ago repaired (at no charge to me) a repair in Oregon that went wrong and was covered by the Allstate coverage! Kudos to this great shop!!

All of the staff was absolutely fabulous. The kept me informed via text and phone calls of the status of my vehicle repair. I even received my car back a week earlier that they projected. The "crème" of my experience occurred after I picked up my vehicle. The very next day as I was leaving for work I notice someone had hit my vehicle....again and left paint residue on my BRAND NEW BUMPER! I called the shop and they asked that I bring the vehicle in. The gentleman looked at it and confirmed there was paint on the car and told me not to worry. He then walked away and came back not a minute later. He buffed it right out! It took 2 seconds!! He smiled at me reassuringly and then shook my hand and said "see no worries!" I was so happy I almost cried! Gerber u are FANTASTIC! Despite meeting due to an auto accident, I am glad ... they exist and are so wonderful and professional at what they do! read more

This was the third time in less than a year I have had my car at Gerber. They are consistently awesome!! They are kind and friendly. They keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and they always have my car ready on or before the promised date. I will continue to use the Gerber Cary NC location for any and all my collision needs. Hopefully no time soon.

Great service, done on time, car was spotless on return. Having just moved to the area, have just found my new body shop. Linda, Gail, and John did a nice job on the front side - the techs who did the real work never get credit :-)
