We've had the pleasure of dealing with this group on two separate occasions. Initially, I brought my Infiniti M35 in for minor body (clean up) work and the respraying of both bumpers. Met your GM Derek H. and he knows his stuff. His frequent updates were very much appreciated, and the car was done when promised. It's a 2008, and literally looked like new. Most recently, we damaged the tailgate of our Dodge Ram and it needed to be replaced. Again, great receptionist work, had the tailgate removed on a Tuesday and it was done that Friday. Just as promised. VERY happy with how this turned out as well, and Derek was top notch. We've taken every opportunity to recommend this shop, as the folks doing the work are obviously very qualified. Unfortunately, having to have damaged fixed after a collision is never fun, but after seeing many positive reviews on a local town website, I took my car for repair to Gerbers in Clermont, Fl. They certainly turned a misfortunate accident into a positive and actually pleasant experience, by taking good care of me AND my car. My car turned out awesome. In mid-April 2016 Gerber Collision repaired my Mercedes E350 after an accident virtually ruined 70% of the driver side of the vehicle. The substantial work took about two weeks to complete and the results exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job welding new parts in, replacing the entire back door, the rear panel, matching the paint perfectly and keeping me informed as the work progressed. A special thank you to Rosa, the Gerber representative who called me frequently to let me know how work was going and when things were being done along the way. In my opinion the service rep was extremely knowledgeable and supportive during our estimate as well as the repair process. We chose to self pay for the number damage and appreciate the detailed explanation of what was required as well as cost alternatives. We received an estimated date of completion. The process took somewhat longer than planned but the communication about the delay was well received. We appreciated the updates. The completed work on our car was beautiful and brought the appearance back to new. This gave us pride in knowing that there is a repair center that is on par with what we were use to in California.
