I will recommend Gerber to everyone. Scott M. went out of his way to help during the repairs. This was my first and hopefully last accident. He handled everything with the insurance company for me and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. He was so helpful and professional. Gerber is fortunate to have him as an employee.

Being in any type of accident is never a good experience, and I've never been in one until this one. However, the Gerber team in Clermont managed to make me feel that all will be okay. From arranging the towing company to pick up my car to the follow up on status of my car, it was a amazing experience. Scott M. was 'on it' at all times, keeping us up to date...Thank you Scott, you rock!!! and thank you Dereck and Christina and the entire team. Jonathan M. was super efficient with checking my vehicle before & after repairs as well as giving me the opportunity to replace one of my head lights which was corroding with condensation. My car was damaged on the rear cab on the driver's side. We called Geico and they referred us to you and scheduled for me to get a rental car. We arrived at Gerber and a man named Sam F. did the appraisal. He was very nice and friendly and explained everything to us. We also had a guy named Scott help us. He was very friendly and explained everything to us and got us set up to talk with Enterprise. The girl named Rachel for Enterprise was extremely friendly and explained everything on how the rental car worked. They said they would follow up with me about the progress of the car and they did! I was extremely impressed on how well it turned out. I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. I was very happy with everything. Thanks a lot!
