Very well organized business. Well executed written estimate. Work was completed sooner than expected. And final tally came to 16% less than estimate due to parts ordered but not needed. vehicle is a 2018 GMC Terrain with only 1200 miles. Finished repair can not be distinguished from the factory original.

The staff at Gerber made me feel comfortable from day 1. Derek H the estimator explained the procedure and the time frame for the repair. I got regular phone updates on the progress of the repair which was a plus. My car was completed in the time frame that was promised and I am very happy with the end product. Great Customer Service and a repair job well done!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs vehicular repair.

I was so impressed with the service I experienced with Gerber Collision. From the time I originally came in to drop my vehicle off for repairs, the staff were so welcoming and thorough with details of the process that were to come. It was so reassuring to be updated via text and calls about the steps that were taking place, and when my vehicle would be available for pick up. Hector did a fantastic job at keeping me informed through the entire process. He made it easy for me! I would also like to express how extremely grateful I am for the cleanliness of my vehicle, inside and out! On top of just experiencing a collision, when I was driving to Gerber, my child got sick and vomited in my vehicle. This is extremely rare, so when it happened, I was in disbelief and a little embarrassed that I was about to leave my vehicle with Gerber, ... smelling like vomit. I cleaned everything as best I could, but the smell was still there. (The staff even offered their assistance, but I declined, of course) On the drive back to retrieve my vehicle, I dreaded the thought of the smell of vomit that I knew was stewing in the Florida sun for a week. I was in total shock when I opened my vehicle's door and everything was spotless! It smelled so clean and refreshing, I was in disbelief. I might have been happier about that than the actual repair itself. (LOL) I appreciate the staff and service at Gerber of Clermont. This experience was quick and painless... We could not believe what a wonderful job Danny and Hollis did on our vehicle! The damage was expertly repaired and painted along with it being immaculately cleaned! They did an expert job inside and out. There are no more love bug stains on the bumper! Which in itself is a daunting task! We truly couldn't be happier with our whole experience with everyone and everything at your Clermont, FL location!

I must say I was very impressed when I arrived to pickup my vehicle for several reasons: 1. The work was completed 1 day ahead of the originally anticipated schedule. 2. The repair is flawless...they had even repaired another area where there had been paint missing at no additional charge. 3. My car was absolutely spotless inside and out (that was a wonderful surprise). 4. Everyone I spoke to or had any interaction with was very friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions. Thank you so much!

Exceptional Customer Service! We had driven from Illinois to Florida for our summer vacation, and midway through our trip, our van was rear-ended on the highway. We were able to open the rear hatch, but there was enough damage that it would not close again. We wouldn't be able to make the 16 hour drive back to Illinois with the hatch partially open and we only had a few business days left before our departure. I knew I couldn't get a full repair done until I returned home, so I was hoping someone would be able to do enough metal work to get the hatch closed. After a quick Google search, I found the Gerber Collision & Glass located in Clermont, FL. I recognized the name from their presence in Illinois and gave them a call. It was late in the day, and I was hoping to get an assessment early the next morning. The woman who answered the ... phone understood our situation, and although there were no appointments available, she offered to have the manager look at it and talk with us when he got to the store about 8:30 AM. We pulled into Gerber about 8 AM and Hector R. greeted us right away. The first thing he did was ask if everyone was ok after our accident. He then let us know that his manager had already filled him in on our situation, and he dove right in to look at our van. He seemed confident that he would be able to help us out, and we were relieved. We had rented a van for the day to continue our vacation, and we were happily surprised when Hector called at 8:30 AM and told us that they already completed the metal work and the hatch safely closed so we could continue our vacation and make the trip home. When we picked up our van, I asked Hector what we owed for the repair and he just smiled, and said, "no charge, enjoy your vacation and stay safe". I was stunned and thanked him for his prompt work and attention. There were plenty of banged up cars in the parking lot at Gerber and I'm sure their workload was full before we called. I am impressed that they communicated our unique situation among their team and tackled the job quickly to help save our vacation.
