We had a VERY GOOD experience with Samantha F! She is VERY professional and takes the time to answer any and all the emails that I sent her in regards to our car very promptly. She also said we would have our car by Friday and it actually was done way ahead of schedule! We have dealt with her in the past(when it was Collex Collision) and we will continue to refer people to her and your company!!! When picking up the car she even asked me how my son's Special Olympics went the day before. She remembered me telling her that we were going there after we dropped the car off! I was impressed that she remembered! That made me feel that I was just not another number just dropping my car off! She cares for her customers also! Thank you so much Sam!!! You are the best!!!!

Everyone at Gerber collision and glass was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk and was taken care of right away. They constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, and received a phone call right when it was completed. Unfortunately this is the second time in a year we had to use this collision service. Everyone is very friendly & most of all they stood behind their timing estimate. Our vehicle was done on time & looked great. I hate that some companies say anything to just get you in the door & then you're stuck. Gerber made this difficult situation easy to deal with.
