On December 8, 2016, while driving my wife to a Doctor's appointment, I was involved in a rear end collision while stopped at a traffic light.. My vehicle was still drivable so I brought it to my local Gerber Collision in Washington, Twp. Because of the extent of the damage the sent it to a larger Gerber in Clinton Twp. At each location the people were pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable and eager to help me. This applies to both the store in Washington and especially the Clinton Twp location. The staff was courteous, polite and professional. The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant and understanding of my concern; most especially the lady that was assigned to me and kept me informed of the repair process weekly. They called with updates as promised, kept me informed during the process and completed the work on time. Added bonus...my car was spotless inside and out. Gerber Collision is top notch from the top down. The facility is spotless which I believe says a lot about a business. My estimator Brian, was fast, friendly and professional with the resulting fees more than reasonable for the work performed. The gal at the write-up counter was also very professional, fast and efficient. She bent over backwards to make sure everything went as smooth and seamless as possible. Finally, the work they performed on my car was absolutely perfect in every way plus they had detailed my car inside and out including the wheels. It looked like a brand new car! Your car is the second biggest asset you will ever own. I strongly recommend Gerber Collision for any and all auto body repairs.
