I received hail damage on my brand new 4Runner and needed some paint less dent repair. I have gone through this before with mixed results. The repair was great but the company that did the work did not put the paneling back together correctly leaving gaps. They also left some screws loose (literally) causing the door to rattle. I had to tear the vehicle apart myself to correct the problems. Having gone through that experience I was afraid it was going to happen again. I picked Gerber because they got really good reviews, hoping the result would not be the same. I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job of repairing the hail damage. No loose paneling or rattling from loose parts. So far, the only gripe I have is that whom ever removed or replaced my head liner had dirty hands. There are smear marks everywhere. I suggest the person ... wear gloves next time or something. But it is nothing that can't be cleaned. They did clean my 4Runner inside and out otherwise. I am pleased with their work. read more

Fantastic customer service by Dana at the front desk and Jeff, the Estimator. They were fast, attentive, friendly and detail oriented. Dana coordinated the pick up and drop off of my rental car seamlessly. Jeff explained the process clearly and kept me in the loop. Jasmine at the front desk was also very kind and courteous. I'd like to never have to use your service again (as in never have a car accident again), but just in case, I am glad I found a great auto body shop.

I've never had to take an automobile to a body shop before and I didn't know what to expect. Julie S. along with everyone working at the facility was amazing. When I picked up my truck I was blown away by how good it looked. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to take another vehicle back to Gerber. Extremely friendly people and great work. Thanks again.

Estimator, Jeff B., was exceptional!! He was genuinely concerned, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to meet my needs and ensure my satisfaction. Your entire front office team - Dana, Justice, Jeff, and manager, Jake - are a "cut above". I received an exceptionally high caliber of customer service all around. That is rare and very refreshing in today's world. Kudos to the tech's behind the scenes - they did a beautiful job on my Chrysler 300 !! While one would rather not be in need of collision services it is comforting to know that there are such wonderful people available when the need arises. I will very highly recommend your South Colorado Boulevard/Denver Gerber location to family, friends, and clients. Thank-you for the opportunity to comment.
