Something is motivating Gerber employees to go above and beyond in serving their customers. It must be the culture of the company. I've had two EXTREMELY POSITIVE experiences with this location. Why would I EVER go anywhere else. They took care of my Audi A6 from head to toe. GREAT JOB!

The Gerber team did a great job, and Justice specially took good care of me and provided updates at all times. She and Lisa made me feel like a long time customer. My car sparkled when they brought it out - looked like new. They even cleaned where car doors had left paint streaks in my parking lot for years. I would definitely recommend Gerber to others.

Kim was so pleasant to work with, she is excellent at customer service. She called me twice a week to update me on the progress of my truck repair.They had a small glitch in getting in the wrong door, and she flat out told me they screwed up and it was going to take a little longer. No excuses it was their fault. She made a difficult situation go so much easier and smoother.
