I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light and my new-to-me car (that I'd only had for 2 months) was badly damaged. Nothing about dealing with such an event is exactly pleasant, but everything about working with Gerber Collision was excellent. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I primarily worked with an estimator named Steve. He really knew his business and explained everything to me in a very understandable way with great attention to all the details of the entire process. He told me exactly how everything would proceed and Gerber delivered on all of it. Steve and crew went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Gerber's knowledge of and relationship with a rental car company made the whole process of dropping my car off for repair as painless as possible. Very smooth. My whole experience with ... Gerber made me feel very cared for. The final repair was perfect; my car is as good as new, in pristine condition. Everyone at this location is beyond helpful. From the very beginning they made the process extremely simple. My truck was fixed within a couple days and they even went above and beyond to buff out marks that the insurance company wouldn't cover. They took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. This is by far the best service location I have ever been to.

Gerber did an amazing job on my Tacoma. The collision looks like it never happened. As well they got it done in half the time. Steve was amazing helping me through the process. Would definitely recommend this shop
