Excellent service and even more excellent customer service. Justice was amazing. She crawled under my bumper to asses the damage that I had on my Honda CRV. She gave me an estimate and called around to order the part I needed to fix my damage. She called me that afternoon to tell me she had the part in her hands and was ready to go. I scheduled the next day with her to bring in my car. She told me it would only take about 30 minutes and I could wait there for it. After about 15 minutes, Justice came and told me my car was done and she took me out to inspect the work. I thought it looked great and she found a very small imperfection that she had fixed right away. I wouldn't have noticed so I'm glad that she caught it. I was very impressed with the way Justice took care of me and my car. I will be recommending all of my friends to Gerber ... and to Justice. Thanks Justice for a great experience. read more

As a matter of a fact they exceeded my expectations as far as to what they had originally promised and when the entire project was completed. It started in customer service with my first phone call and was carried through with the techs in auto body repair/paint and glass replacement. Would highly recommend this facility for your every automotive repair needs.

I had an unfortunate minor accident which left damage to the front of my vehicle. From the initial assessment to the pick up of my vehicle, I was updated daily via text (great idea, no extra phone calls but still know what's going on). Bob, Steve and Amber we're true PROFESSIONALS from beginning to end. Even after I through them a curve ball and added the replacement of my heavily pitted windshield, they still got the vehicle done 1 day early. The mechanical work is perfect, the paint is an exact match and heck, they even thoroughly cleaned the entire inside of my vehicle. Just a pleasure to deal with them. They made an unfortunate accident much easier to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to use them again. Just a top notch crew. Thanks guys.

It was amazing! The personnel was so respectful. They made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I was updated daily and I was always knowledgeable as to what was going on and to when my truck would be ready for pickup. They keep to their schedule and delivered my truck in A+1 condition. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to my friends, strangers or anyone ell=se. They have it figured out. When a job is done so completely and correctly the word will spread. This is a small valley and if a company screws you it will become common knowledge. Thanks
