Earl B. and his staff were everything a customer could ask for and more. The customer service was phenomenal. The staffer members were friendly, displayed concern for my health as well as the cars, and communicated effectively throughout the whole process from the estimate to the final repairs. Earl and his staff were very knowledgeable and explained all the visible damage, any potential underlying damage, and then how him and his team were going to fixing it. He explained the whole process and gave me an accurate timeline for when all the damage would be repaired. In doing so, the staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction upon completion. For USAA members or anyone seeking out auto body repairs, Earl and the rest of the staff at Gerber would be my number recommendation. Thanks again!
