We received amazing service on the repair of our car. We had a prompt estimate that was right on budget, received multiple phone calls during the time our car was in the shop that gave us updates on the timing of the repair, a full review and walkaround on what was repaired when we came to pick the car up, and along the way were asked if there was anything that Gerber Collision and Glass could do to improve our service. There was nothing extra that could have been done -- 10 stars.

I have used you twice now (not my fault) and both times I have been blown away by the professionalism your company exudes. I dropped my car off on Monday expecting not to have it for weeks. I picked it up today... Wednesday... Two days later. I can not thank you enough. I am 9 months pregnant due any day now. This is one less thing I have to be worried about.
