I was very satisfied with the repairs, the service and keeping me up to date via email the status of the job. I hope I don't need to have anything done in the future, but if I do, I will use and recommend Gerber

I would like to acknowledge the kindness and expertise of your estimator, Linda D. I stopped in, last week, in a state of worry and confusion, hoping for a second opinion regarding hail damage repair work done to my vehicle by another source. Linda responded willingly and insightfully, both to my questions and to my concerned state of mind. Linda took the time to listen, look, and advise. She is a gem. I am very grateful. (The woman at reception was kind too)

Earl B. did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs and ensuring that everything was fixed to a high standard before returning the car to me. He was also extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and provided excellent customer service. I will be recommending Gerber to others and will use again in the future if needed.

The service was WONDERFUL! Everyone we encountered was helpful and very professional. Ethan was so nice and always kept us up to date on the progree of the vehicle. Kobi and Larry were patient and entertaining when we showed up early to pick up our truck . Everyone did everything they could to make our experience incredible. We really appreciate all of the employees who bent over backwards to make this a great experience!

the people in this office - Eduardo, Austin and the assistant at the front desk have been outstanding in handling things that have happened to my daughter's car this year -- she hit an elk and 11/22/16 had a car accident when someone pulled in front of her -- THESE FOLKS HAVE CALLED ME, they have kept me informed and they are so very kind and coureous -- there isn't another place we would take our cars based on customer service alone -- they have helped with the insurance claim, helped with rental car information, etc.....and, they are really, really good to me and my girls -- THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH - if everyone gave this kind of customer service, we'd all be a lot happier!

Excellent experience! Linda was great to deal with and very helpful with the insurance process. My son has the Honda Civic while attending school as we're from Vermont. He was very pleased with the fender bender repair. Would highly recommend using their service !
