Have told Hartford of the GREAT EXPERIENCE dealing with your firm has been. At age 85, first accident, you can imagine what a trauma it was. Then I take the car to Gerber. Greeted by a cheerful receptionist who will take care of what comes next. Ethan B. takes me in hand with understanding. From that day on, I don't have to think about anything! All this on a Monday morning! Everyone professionally ready for work. I choose you because of proximate location, close to where I live. My experience at the Longmont Gerber might be the very best customer service and speed of delivery experience I've EVER had. My (very) damaged car was checked in and delivered back to me in 36hrs. I'm still not even sure how they did it? Everyone there was friendly and more than helpful. They made this stressful accident experience seemingly painless; maybe I can forget it happened at all?! I can't wait to recommend this Gerber to everyone that will listen.

We originally had scheduling difficulty with another estimator scheduled by Liberty Mutual. After conversation, Liberty referred us to Gerber. In a word -- OUTSTANDING. The estimation appointment was scheduled promptly, the estimator was professional and clear in his report. Although we were originally scheduled 5-6 weeks out, Gerber called a day or two later and advised of a cancellation. They completed the work , which was extensive, ahead of schedule. We were kept informed of progress and could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!!
