I had the paradoxical privilege of having to have body repair completed at Gerber Collision Center located at Mark Dabling and Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO. From the intake process to warranty service, I was given exemplary service by Earl B., the appraiser. Mr. Bell also kept me informed throughout the repair process and the repair was completed early. Earl B. truly honored his assurance that if there were any issues after the repair service was completed, Gerber Collision would stand behind their work. When I took my vehicle back in for what I thought was a warranty issue, Earl graciously solved problem and I was again given "white glove" service. I am impressed with the top shelf customer service I received at Gerber Collision and the integrity of Earl B.
