I was "elated" that JP was able to locate an after market part that had been discontinued by my automaker for a 1998 Blazer Chevrolet. I was very "appreciative" that when I ask about any further discounts for AAA or Senior Discounts, that the Manager followed up with allowing me to have a 10% discount! I was not using my Insurance due to the work being a smaller job. The "highlight" of receiving my service was when the work was completed, the technician who completed the work was "honest" enough to inform my estimator, JP, to decrease my original payment amount because all of the work and cost originally estimated "did not" need to be completed and this decreased the cost!! This was exceptional to know that their is still honesty left in the service industry. I was referred to Gerber by my ... Auto Mechanic shop, who had informed me of the excellent work that Gerber completes for their shop and the service I received, helped to solidify their recommendation for Gerber Collision!! read more

I cannot express how absolutely amazing Gerber Collision & Glass was!! My vehicle needed to be serviced after it was involved in an automobile accident (someone not paying attention ended up rear-ending my SUV...go figure!), and we chose to have it serviced by Gerber. My car looks better than it did when I first purchased it. The auto body repair was phenomenal, and the work they did to detail the inside of the car made my vehicle look better than new. I literally squealed when I saw how immaculate everything was. I cannot thank the team here enough for the care and professionalism that was demonstrated during this entire experience. I met with Earl for my estimate, and was sold right away. He was friendly happy, and seemed more than willing to bend over backward to make sure all of my needs were met. I scheduled my appointment, and about a week later the manager Jen called to see if I'd like to get in early for repairs. Not only did I get my car in for repairs three weeks sooner than expected, it was completed and returned to me a week sooner than I was told it would be. The quality of the work was fantastic, and the car looks like it has never been in an accident. Earl also made it a point to email with updates while they had the car. Thank you Earl, Jen and the rest of the team for making my first collision repair experience an easy and fantastic one! This place is awesome!!!
